Running at different speeds can be a lot of fun - and it can be a temptation and a path leading to running injuries. A recent experience in my running training demonstrated this phenomenon and has reminded me of the importance one of the core principles in the Chi Runing model, that of Gradual Progress, that I'd like to share today.

I’m a bit late in blogging about my Half Marathon but half term got in the way! If you read my blog you will know that I have been following the Chi Running Intermediate Half Marathon Training Program. Well, I did it! I finished the Houston Half Marathon on Sunday! It was the second time I had run in the event; two years ago I ran the same race, which was the first time I had run 13.1 miles. Thanks to Chi Running I was able to run the race then, and again this year, joyfully and without injury.
